Why is food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) important to the body?

Food grade Hydrogen peroxide contains a pure form of oxygen; something that can be used by every cell in the body. By adding food grade hydrogen peroxide to your daily routine, you can increase your oxygen intake. When you increase your oxygen intake, you increase your body's ability to function at a higher level with respect to digestion, regularity, and immune system function.

How can food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) help me?

By increasing the amount of oxygen available to your body, you can improve your digestion, improve your circulation, strengthen your immune system, and increase cellular function. For example; someone coping with arthritic pain has found relief simply by ingesting food grade H2O2 (this practice is best done under the supervision of someone experienced in administering this therapy). I have a copy of their experience on file. Another example is the testimony of Dr. Christiaan Barnard (the first doctor to perform a successful heart transplant surgery). When asked about ingesting H2O2, he said: "I do everything possible to retard the aging process" .

Is food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Safe to Use In My Body?

The FDA has only approved the use of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. The FDA has not approved the use of food grade H2O2 internally. In spite of thousands of testimonials and trials done by doctors using food grade hydrogen peroxide in their practice, the FDA still does not approve the use of food grade hydrogen peroxide for use internally (Safe use of H2O2) or (How hydrogen peroxide works in the body. pdf.).

I have been using 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide in my drinking water for over three years. "I add 7.5 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) of 3% or food grade H2O2 to a gallon of distilled water to make my .006% H2O2 for my drinking water. This formula gives me one gallon of .006% food grade H2O2 drinking water". I have some clients who add less (1 teaspoon) and some who add more (up to 2 teaspoons - I suggest you never go higher than two teaspoons of H2O2). In this respect, everyone is different. I feel the important thing to focus on at this point is the fact that distilled water is always used in the manufacture and dilution of our hydrogen peroxide products. Why? Hydrogen peroxide is an accelerant and a solvent. If you are using a hydrogen peroxide mixture that was mixed with anything other than distilled water, you may be exposing your self to toxic chemicals because oxygen has the ability to bind with almost every element in nature. To minimize the risk of this happening, distilled water has almost all the minerals removed. I only use and market food grade hydrogen peroxide in distilled water

Fact: Our atmosphere is polluted today.. The oxygen content of our atmosphere is down to around 18 to 20%. Just a hundred years ago, it was 36 - 40%.

Personal Uses for 3% & 4.5% Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2)

Athlete's foot: Hydrogen peroxide can be used in a foot bath for athlete's foot, bunions, corns, plantar warts and general foot health. Diabetics have found relief from circulation problems by soaking their feet in this solution. Add 1 pint of 3% or 4.5% food grade H2O2 to 1gallon of warm, clean/distilled water and soak for 30 minutes morning and night. This practice will improve the overall oxygen content of the blood.

Bath: Add 1 pint /1 quart of 6% food grade H2O2 to a tub (about 40 gallons) of filtered hot water (chlorine kills oxygen) and soak for about 30 minuites. I tape up the overflow so I can fill the tub.

Children: In 1928 Richard Simmons, M.D. hypothesized that colds and flu virus enter the body through the ear canal. The medical community dismissed his findings. According to Dr. Simmons research, and contrary to what you may think or have been taught about how you catch the flu or a cold, there is only one way that you can acquire this air-born infection; and that's via the ear canal. It is not through the eyes, nose, or mouth, as most have believed (Hydrogen Peroxide Handout pdf)..

Giving a child one or two drops (adults may need three or four) of hydrogen peroxide in each ear at the first sign of infection, may shorten the duration of the illness. I encourage you to use food grade H2O2, when you choose to follow this practice. I say this because theoretically, this is the equivalent of using H2O2 as a mouthwash; something the FDA has already approved. Note; It may make a gurgling sound in the ear so its important to prepare the child for what is coming and explain to them the benefit of the practice. It is also possible to use a cotten swab dipped in 3% or 4.5% food grade hydrogen peroxide to clean the ears.

Corns: See Athlete's foot,

Deodorant: Saturate a cotton ball with 3 % or 4.5% food grade H2O2 and rub it on your armpits. You can also use a sprayer for this application.

Douche: Add five to six tesspoons of 3 % or 4.5% food grade H2O2 (maximum) to one quart of distilled water.

Drinking Water***: On Mix one to one and one half teaspoons (7.5 ml) of 3% or 5ml of 4.5% food grade hydrogen peroxide to one gallon of distilled water. (Read caution at the end of this paper.)

Enema or Colonic: Mix 4 tablespoons (2 ounces) of 3 % or 4.5 % food grade H2O2 to one quart of distilled warm water (103ºF) for enema or 8 ounces per 5 gallons of clean water for the colonic (Colon Therapy).

Facial: For rejuvenation and freshening your face after washing; saturate a cotton ball with 3 % or 4.5% food grade H2O2 and gently rub on the face and neck.

Mouthwash*: On arising rinse mouth with water, then gargle and wash mouth with 3 % or 4.5% food grade H2O2 , swishing for about 60 seconds. This practice may also help to whiten your teeth. (Note: a dash of chlorophyll adds flavor and effectiveness.)

Nasal Spray: A tablespoon of 3% or 4.5% food grade H2O2 added to 1 cup of distilled water can be used as a nasal spray. Depending on the degree of sinus involvement, one will have to adjust the amount of peroxide used. I have seen some who can use the hydrogen peroxide at the full strength and others who had difficulty with using a few drops mixed in a cup of distilled water.

Eyes: Never use any type of hydrogen peroxide that is above .006% in or around the eyes. If you should get some in your eyes, flush immediately with plenty of cold water and call your physician.

Pets Drinking Water: 3% or 4.5% food grade H2O2 can be added to pets drinking water at the rate of 1/2 to 1 ounce per gallon of distilled water.

Purging: There are two different purging schedules (oral use of food grade H2O2 ***) available for anyone interested in learning about this procedure (call or e-mail me regarding this information). Both of these programs have proven effective for some people who were coping with chronic disease and/or with parasite infestation (candidia and/or round worms [Ascaris lumbricoides]). It is extremely important for you to familiarize yourself with all the procedures and restrictions involved, should you choose to consider using the oral therapy approach.

During the past year, I've come to believe this may be one of the most closely guarded secrets in the health care industry. I feel this way because this knowledge has been available for over a hundred years. Why is it not discussed with people who are coping with disease? What would happen if people were able to treat minor infections successfully at home?

Here are some other facts I would like you to consider;

1. A person can go without food for up to thirty days;

2. A person can go without water for up to three days;

3. A person can go without oxygen for about twenty seconds before brain cells start to die off.

I believe these facts tell us oxygen is absolutely essential for life. A healthy person produces hydrogen peroxide internally every day. The first milk a woman gives her baby (colostrum) is extremely high in hydrogen peroxide. Doesn’t it stand to reason that nature (God, Spirit, Buddha) knows how important hydrogen peroxide is to our health? Is it possible that by adding hydrogen peroxide to our diet properly, we can gain some control over the very factors that may be causing us a lot of pain and discomfort?

From my studies, I believe the answer is; “yes”. I’ve learned it is the parasites that infest the GI tract, and in some cases, the blood stream can be causing concerns for many people. These parasites require an environment that is oxygen deficient. Here are some other facts I’ve learned about these microbes:

These same parasites have a highly developed social structure. They are able to communicate with each other. They are also able to communicate with the host. When their needs are not being met, they have ways of correcting the situation (when you experience a craving for something that is not good for your health, it’s possible the parasites are driving the craving).

When oxygen levels are increased in the body of a person by using some form of oxygen therapy, the parasites (pathogen/virus/harmful bacteria) can no longer exist because of the increased level of oxygen present. In an oxygen rich environment, they will die.

These items are in stock They can be used anywhere a disinfectant is needed; in the laundry, instead of chlorine (chlorine depletes oxygen) bleach; in the bath (just add one to eight cups [with 3% or 4.25% use about half as much as using 6%] to a tub three quarters full of hot water); the H2O2 can be mixed with baking soda and used as toothpaste; and it works great for a mouthwash (3% only). It can be stored anywhere as it is heat stable at this strength; however, it's still best to keep it out of reach of the children.

I also use WYN'S WATER - 3% or 4.5% to condition my drinking water. I add one to one and a half teaspoons (7.5 ml) of the 3% WYN'S WATER to a gallon of distilled water. This gives me a gallon of .006% H2O2. It taste great. It reminds me of the fresh rainwater we used to catch off the roof of the house when I was growing up in Missouri (I've learned that the reason the water tasted so good was the fact that it contained a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide than our well water. I also remember the women, [my Mom included] saving some of the rain water back to wash their hair. They said it made their hair sparkle!).***

You also need to understand the danger in storing hydrogen peroxide, especially when there are children in the home. 3% and 6% food grade hydrogen peroxide are relatively safe (they will cause vomiting if swallowed; however, no long term side effects). 3% and 6% food grade hydrogen peroxide are heat stable; they have an indefinite shelf life (they will not degrade because of being exposed to heat). Hydrogen peroxide 8% and above will degrade. The higher the concentration, the faster it will degrade. 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is highly corrosives (not a safe household product).

With the importance of hydrogen peroxide gaining acceptance in the diet of many people, there are some individuals who are taking advantage of the general public's ignorance of this product to make some outrageous claims and in some cases, a quick profit. I urge you to be a knowledgeable consumer and learn all the facts concerning the proper use of hydrogen peroxide. Understand why using the wrong type or strength of hydrogen peroxide could really be harmful, and perhaps even dangerous to your health

*Hydrogen, or H2, is the lightest of all gases. Commonly found in nature in compounds with other elements, it is the most abundant element in the universe. Hydrogen is a component of water, minerals and acids, as well as an essential part of all hydrocarbons and essentially all other organic substances. In fact, 98 percent of the known universe - most notably the sun and stars - consists of hydrogen.

*Oxygen, or O forms what are called oxides, with practically all of the elements (Example; Zinc Oxide), including some of the noble gases. The rate of reaction, called oxidation, varies with different elements. Ordinary combustion, or burning, is a very rapid form of oxidation It is spontaneous combustion, the heat evolved by the oxidation reaction is sufficiently great to raise the temperature of the substance to the point where flames result.

**The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in Federal Regulation Vol. 46, Number 6, Jan 9, 1981, in effect gave the food industry a green light to use hydrogen peroxide in the "Aseptic" packaging process. The FDA has further ruled that hydrogen peroxide can be used in the processing of cheese and related cheese products (part 133), eggs and egg products (part 160), and as an anti-microbial agent in whey processing. They have also ruled it to be used in cleaning and healing mouth injuries and as a mouthwash (1% to 3% food grade H2O2).
